Supplier development

For on-time, quality and cost-effective delivery, suppliers are key partners in our business. As a result, especially for products with a high degree of complexity and risk (cars, aircraft, etc.), it is in the OEM's interest to rely on its suppliers and, where appropriate, to support their development.

Effective Flux has experience in the supplier development process which can usually include:

• Initial assessment and identification of opportunities

• Preparation of a process improvement plan (production capacity, quality, costs, logistics) and employee development

• Support in implementing measures

• Evaluation of the effectiveness of measures

• Consulting for preparing for obtaining certifications (e.g. IATF 16949)
