Identification of root causes: Ishikawa (5M) + 5De Ce, Tree Diagram 5. Finding and selecting solutions: Brainstorming, benchmarking, cause-effect matrix 6. Implementing solutions + verifying effectiveness: Gantt chart, time diagram 7. Maintain measures (prevention of recurrence): FMEA, Control Plan 8. Recognition of contributions and archiving.
