Target audience: Addressing quality and other related professionals who want to improve and obtain certification that will enable them to carry out first-party audits (internal audits) and second-party audits (audits to suppliers).

• Day 3: ISO 19011: Management systems audit guide o Generalities and audit principles o Setting goals o Audit program (initiation, implementation, preparation of activities, examples) o Determine competent auditors
• Day 4: Introductory notions Core Tools (SPC, MSA, FMEA, APQP, PPAP and Control Plan) o Core Tools basic tool requirements o Practical applications
• Day 5: Customer Specific Requirements (CSR) o Specific requirements for a maximum of 3 clients o Practical applications o Discussions. Examination. End of training.
Diploma: After attending the training and passing the exam, a graduation IATF 16949 certificate of first (internal) and second party (at the supplier) will be issued.
Trainer: Over 18 years experience in industry and consulting with expertise in the use of training tools.
