IATF 16949 First and Second Part Auditor

Objectives: The session is designed for the training of first and second party auditors in accordance with IATF 16949 requirements, including customer-specific requirements.

Target audience: Addressing quality and other related professionals who want to improve and obtain certification that will enable them to carry out first-party audits (internal audits) and second-party audits (audits to suppliers).

Duration: 5 days

Agenda:
• Day 1 and 2: ISO 9001: 2015 and IATF 16949: 2016
  o Introduction to Quality Management Systems
  o Business / quality link,
  o Generalities, definition “Quality”,
  o Terms and definitions,
  o Presentation of certification requirements according to ISO 9001: 2015 and IATF 16946: 2016
  o Practical applications

• Day 3: ISO 19011: Management systems audit guide
  o Generalities and audit principles
  o Setting goals
  o Audit program (initiation, implementation, preparation of activities, examples)
  o Determine competent auditors

• Day 4: Introductory notions Core Tools (SPC, MSA, FMEA, APQP, PPAP and Control Plan)
  o Core Tools basic tool requirements
  o Practical applications

• Day 5: Customer Specific Requirements (CSR)
  o Specific requirements for a maximum of 3 clients
  o Practical applications
  o Discussions. Examination. End of training.

Diploma: After attending the training and passing the exam, a graduation IATF 16949 certificate of first (internal) and second party (at the supplier) will be issued.

Trainer: Over 18 years experience in industry and consulting with expertise in the use of training tools.
