Planning:


Objectives: Understanding the principles, techniques and importance of communication, both internally, ie in an organization or community (office, department, team) and externally, ie to customers and the public. Developing students' skills to influence and persuade people, to be agents of change in their workplace.

Target audience: Personnel with management and executive functions (middle or senior level) from production companies and / or services, involved in leading / managing teams, sections, divisions or organizations / institutions - project managers, sales agents, leaders of teams, heads of sections / workshops, production / sales / logistics managers, general managers.

Duration: 2 days (8 hours/day, with all breaks included)
