Clarification for participants of the role of the Quality Department and of the various functions in this department.
Guide for the support of the people involved in the recruitment of Quality Engineers.
Target audience: Personnel from the Quality Department (engineers or technicians), personnel involved in the recruitment of Quality Engineers or other persons who wish to have an introduction to Quality.

a presentation of participants and lecturer, clarification of the code of conduct, objectives and expectations of the course, presentation of important terms for the activity in Quality or to be used during the course

• Internal audits
o requirements, types and roles, responsibilities and competences
• Project Management
o generalities, PERT / CPM / Gantt methods, team roles, stages in team functioning and conflict resolution within a team
• Advance quality planning
o APQP, PPAP
• Drawing, tolerant
• Measurement and control
o measuring and control equipment, ISO 9001 & IATF 16949 requirements, calibrations, MSA
• Statistical control of processes
o data collection, distribution, stability, process capability
Day 2
• Risk analysis
o FMEA, FTA, SWOT
• Control plans
• Problem solving techniques
o 8D, Ishikawa, 5Why
• Continuous improvement
