Day 2 • Risk analysis o FMEA, FTA, SWOT • Control plans • Problem solving techniques o 8D, Ishikawa, 5Why • Continuous improvement o PDCA, DMAIC / Six-Sigma, Kaizen / Lean • Discussions. Examination. Close course
