Locksmith practical training

Objectives: The trainees will assimilate the knowledge needed to carry out basic operations - drilling and threading, tearing off and measuring.

Target audience: Maintenance mechanics, sculptors, staff interested in acquainting with locksmith knowledge.

Duration: 3 days, of which 1 theory and 2 practice

Agenda
1. Introduction
2. Types of materials (types of materials, hardness, thermal treatments)
3. Measuring and control tools (tools for measuring and controlling lengths, thread control tools, thread pitch identification)
4. Tools used for the threading operation
5. Practice:
• sharpening the blades
• Execution of external threads
• executing the threads on the right and left
• executing threads with multiple starts
• procedures for removing the broken screws into the materials
6. Theoretical and practical evaluation

Lecturer:
Professor Master Instructor, 1st grade, with over 40 years of experience, practical and pedagogical experience in the field, trainer certificate and competency assessment, national awards obtained by trained students.
