Objectives: The course will provide the basic elements and general concepts in metrology, the theoretical and practical aspects of the measurements, the specific vocabulary, the interconnection with the quality standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 17025, etc.)

Target audience: It addresses employees from different organizations involved in metrology, laboratory, quality control. Personnel from manufacturing or service companies involved in process quality control - laboratory, quality department engineers, process engineering, production, etc.

• Uncertainty of measurement
• Checking compliance of measuring devices
• Monitoring, analysis and improvement of measurement systems
