Objectives - at the end of the course the participants will be able to

• understand the general notions of project management, the life cycle of a project and its stages,
• create project plans with Microsoft Project, manage and monitor activities and resources, create graphic reports

The course is aimed at those who have no experience in using project management tools, but also those who are just starting out and want to deepen their knowledge.

Microsoft Project - Gantt Chart, Timeline, Milestones, Resources Sheet/Usage, Calendar, Project Reports, Task Path, Task Inspector, Overallocated, Baseline Plan, Critical Path, Network Diagram, Resources Pool

Full practical course. Requires own computer with Microsoft Project 2016/2019/2021. Project Online is not supported.
