Objectives: understanding the method of preparation for CE Marking, as well as the main legislative requirements involved

Target audience: Personnel from production or service companies involved in the implementation of a Conformity Assessment Procedure in order to apply the CE marking to industrial machines - technicians, engineers, managers, Maintenance specialists, dept. Machine design or similar, Engineering, Maintenance, Machine design.

Course progress:
• Introduction
• Introduction to CE marking - purpose, applicability, objectives.
• Applicable legislation (national and European)
• Necessary competences for the staff involved in conformity assessment and CE marking
• Method of approach to the design / modification / import of a car in order to verify and admit the car according to the requirements of the CAR DIRECTIVE.
• Organization and necessary documents in the Technical File
• Conditions for drawing up work and safety instructions, manufacturer's manual
• Practical workshop to evaluate the conformity of a machine - Analysis of the machine / line and the identification / assessment of risks - Evaluation of machine conformity - Establishing technical/organizational measures for non-conformities - Plan of measures for the application of technical safety measures necessary for the machine to meet the standard. - Technical file organization. Exploitation and operation in normal mode and in case of technological breakdowns. Upkeep and maintenance. - Examinations and testing in operation (in all working regimes), to check the compliance of the machine with the applicable requirements, after the application of the technical compliance measures. according to the Plan of measures. - CE Declaration of Conformity Model and CE Marking Label – form requirements.
