SPC Introduction

Objectives: Understanding and understanding at the introductory level of the notions of variation and location of processes, sampling techniques and data collection. Understanding the practical utility and how to determine the stability and process capability. The course is based on the AIAG, SPC, 2nd edition.

Target audience: Personnel from manufacturing or service companies involved in running, controlling or leading processes, quality departments, process engineering, production, maintenance, management, and personnel involved in internal system, process, or product audits.

• Introductory statistics
• Introduction to Minitab & Graphics Analysis
• Control chart (continuous and discreet data)
• Analysis of the capability of the process
• Discussions, examinations, closing the course.
