Objective:
Understanding and applying each step of 5S, the need for 5S audit and applications in real processes.

Target audience:
Personnel from production or service companies, involved in the development, control or management of processes - engineers from the quality departments, process engineering, production, department heads, specialists from Logistics, Customer Service, etc.

Duration:
1 day of theory and practical applications in the classroom + 1 additional day for real applications in the work area.
