Objectives:
Participants will assimilate the introductory knowledge about the process, Lean, improvement as well as about the basic requirements of IATF 16949.

Personnel from production companies, involved in the development, control or management of processes - technicians and engineers from the departments of quality, process engineering, production, heads of departments, specialists in Logistics, Customer Service, etc.
