Training agenda: • Day 1 Mechanical processing • Machining (process, machine, part): milling, turning, drilling, grinding, deburring, punching, milling, honing, • Processing by modern methods: electroerosion, lasers cutting, water cutting, plasma cutting, • Cold plastic deformation (casting, molding) or hot forming (lamination - hot or cold, extrusion, forging), • Welding • The connection between the technique and the roughness, • Examples and applications
• Day 2 • Methods of manufacturing (optimizing design / manufacturing processes to obtain a qualitative / low cost product) - examples and applications, • Calculation of size chains. Applications • The principle of measurement on coordinate measuring machines. Examples.
Working mode for each treated subject: definition / machine tools on which the tools are executed / tools, the tools they are running.
Trainer: Design experience in the automotive industry, training experience and more than 2000 hours of delivered training.
