Objectives: to enrich the theoretical and practical knowledge in the recruitment and selection process so as to obtain with minimum costs the necessary number of employees, of the necessary quality, to satisfy the necessary human resources of the company.
At the end of the course participants will be able to understand:

  o Identifying and attracting competitive candidates using the most appropriate methods, sources or means of recruitment;
  o Selection of employees through different methods: interview, testing, evaluation centers, obtaining references;

Target audience: managers involved in the recruitment process, who want to master the selection techniques to attract and retain talent in the company, people who want to work in the field of staff recruitment or who have recently taken over responsibilities in recruitment departments.

  o Recruitment (or job) specification definition exercise
• Attracting candidates
  o Case study: "what does a good recruitment ad mean"
• Selection methods
• Selection interviews
• Interview techniques
  o Filmed exercise: “how to behave at the interview”
• Selection tests, types of tests, choice of tests
• Introduction to the organization
• Discussions. Examination. End of course.
