The training lasts one day and is intended for all those interested in understanding what is Six Sigma, especially the top management empowered to make the decision to implement the Six Sigma methodology.

The training can be customized for in-house delivery, including to set up Green Belt or Black Belt projects.

Trainer:
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Master Black Belt, specializing in controlling and optimizing production processes, quality, maintenance, logistics and human resources. Relevant experience in the automotive and other industries.
Experience in consulting over over 100 Six Sigma projects, over 80 successfully completed, adding more than 6 million euro in annual savings.
