Target audience: The course is intended for all those interested in understanding what Six Sigma is, especially those who will be part of the improvement project teams (engineers and technicians from the departments of quality, process, maintenance, logistics, human resources, IT).
Duration: 2 days (optional and recommended at the same time are 2 more days of consulting on real projects. The projects will be of medium complexity)

Traps and tips o Team component o The main tools that can be used o Case study: Defining projects o Application - Definition Measurement: understanding the process and focusing on key elements: SIPOC, IPO, Flowchart; Data collection plan; MSA o Understanding the process o Identifying the possible variables and sorting the most probable ones o Measures for the correct collection of data. o MINITAB/SigmaXL: reliable help in data processing and analysis o A few words about the variation and location of the process o The main tools that can be used o Application - Measurement
Day 2 Analysis: proof of causes (identification of KPIV) o Graphic analysis o Analytical analysis: role and application methods o The main tools that can be used o Application - Analysis Improvement: optimal and effective solutions: Brainstorming; Fitted line Plot o Identifying the best solutions. o Planning and implementation o Checking the effectiveness. What do we do if we are not successful. o The main tools that can be used o Application - Improvement Control: what we do not to work in vain: Sign Off Sheet o The importance of Control in maintaining earnings o How we ensure our maintenance o Replication of success o The main tools that can be used o Application - Control • Discussions - Q&A • Examination. Trainer: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Master Black Belt, specialized in the control and optimization of production processes, quality, maintenance, logistics and human resources. Relevant experience in the automotive industry and in other industries. Experience in consulting for over 100 Six Sigma projects, over 80 successfully completed, accumulating annual savings of over 6 million euros.
