Target audience: Personnel from production or service companies involved in designing products and services, as well as in designing and managing processes - engineers, technicians, transaction designers and executives and / or other staff responsible for designing, monitoring, evaluating and improving / streamlining processes.
Duration: 2 days + possibility of another day of consultancy for the projects allocated to the students.
